Yes. All technicians are factory-trained, certified, background-checked, and drug-tested. They also receive quarterly training to stay current on industry changes.

Scheduling & Service Calls

Unlike waiting a week or two for manufacturer service, we can typically schedule an appointment quickly, often offering a set arrival window (such as a 4-hour window) or a call ahead (e.g., 30 minutes before arrival) so you’re not stuck waiting home all day.
Most repairs are completed on the first visit, since our trucks are stocked with the most commonly needed parts.
Yes — we work with landlords and property managers who need prompt repairs so tenants or staff aren’t left waiting on a broken appliance.

Pricing & Payment

There is a service charge to have a technician come out and diagnose the problem. We provide a price quote before any repair work begins, so there are no surprises.
We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

In many cases, repair is the more cost-effective option — a large majority of appliances we service are worth repairing rather than replacing.

Trust & Guarantees

As a leading independent service provider in the area, we can often get a technician to you far faster than waiting on manufacturer service, at a competitive price.

Sub-Zero Refrigerator & Freezer Repair

We regularly handle overheated compressors, dirty or blocked condenser coils, dislodged door gaskets, water leakage, inconsistent cooling, and strange noises coming from the unit.
The most common cause is dust and dirt blocking airflow around the condenser coils, which forces the compressor to work harder and can eventually cause it to fail. With the condenser coils being on the top of most Sub Zero’s it gets very hot. Remember heat rises so it’s important that the coils are cleaned once a year.
Yes. We offer a Sub-Zero maintenance/”makeover” package — a cleaning and checkup service designed to keep your unit running at peak performance and help you avoid a costly compressor failure, especially during the demanding summer months.
Given that compressor repair costs can run well over $1,800, a routine cleaning and checkup is a relatively low-cost way to protect a refrigerator that may represent a $10,000–$18,000 investment.
Yes. Our technicians perform full compressor assessments and install high-quality replacements when a compressor has failed or is failing.
Every visit starts with a detailed diagnostic assessment using our diagnostic tools. We explain the likely fix and give you transparent pricing before any work begins. Once you approve, most repairs are completed in a single visit, and we run tests afterward to confirm consistent cooling.
Yes, along with related premium brands — we’re also equipped to service other high-end and standard brands including Viking, Miele, Fisher & Paykel, Frigidaire, and more.
We prioritize rapid response for refrigeration failures to help minimize food spoilage and disruption to your household, often with same-day service availability.

Miele Dishwasher Repair

Yes. We’re a factory-authorized service center for all Miele appliances — dishwashers, washers, dryers, ranges, and refrigerators — serving Manhattan, the Bronx, and Westchester County up into Greenwich, CT.

Common issues include a decline in cleaning performance (often from clogged filters or worn seals), water drainage problems, malfunctioning pumps, damaged spray arms, faulty door seals, electronic control panel or display issues, error codes, and water not heating properly.

This is often traced back to clogged filters or worn-out door seals. Regularly cleaning the filter and inspecting the seals can prevent minor issues from turning into bigger problems.

A few reasons: our technicians are drug-tested and background-checked (as most manufacturers require), they have years of hands-on experience specifically with Miele products, and Miele appliances represent a significant investment that deserves specialized care rather than generalist service.

Yes, our technicians arrive equipped with genuine replacement parts and are trained specifically to handle the sophisticated electronics and components in Miele units.

Our services are backed by a satisfaction guarantee — if an issue persists after our visit, we’ll return to make it right.

Yes, we offer flexible evening and weekend availability to fit busy schedules.
