Scheduled an appointment for a washing machine which was unbalanced. The person I spoke with was very helpful in scheduling my appointment. Mike was the technician. I had worked with him once before. He notified me when he was on his way. Very professional, knowledgeable and great about explaining the repair. I highly recommend The Appliance Doctor and Mike.

Mike was punctual, very professional and provided expert service with a smile! He executed a very complicated looking job rather quickly and with ease! Everything from scheduling to the actual repair of my washing machine made the Appliance Doctor my new go-to! When my washing machine broke down with two small children, I felt destroyed. (Sorry for being dramatic lol) This is the one doctor that didn’t make me wait forever for an appointment. They also seem competitively priced, which is a major bonus! Thank you for helping me get my family’s laundry back in order! :)
