This was my first experience with The Appliance Dr. - but Anthony Rodriguez was very friendly and knowledgeable about all things pertaining to our refrigerator and freezer. He fixed the original issue and inspected / tuned up other parts of our fridge that he thought would help us. Before leaving, he took the time to explain everything to me. My recent experience with Appliance Dr. wasn't great.  My refrigerator/freezer wasn't working properly and the first technician missed the boat on the diagnosis- said he fixed the problem but the buzzing noises started again days after he left.  When I went to schedule a follow up (after paying for the first misdiagnosed problem) their customer service person was less than friendly and gave me an attitude.  The second technician was very nice, said I needed two new parts to fix the problem.  After we authorized (and paid for) the ordering of parts, I had to call them to ask when they would install it- instead of them reaching out to me.  After the installation, it was 4:30 pm and I had a follow up question right after the technician left and no one called me back, and I had to text them the next day re: lack of response.
